Chemistry Competition in Cambodia

About

More Than a Test — a Thinking Challenge

E-Solver Cambodia is not a standard knowledge quiz. It is an applied thinking competition that challenges students to use Mathematics, Science, Technology, and Logic to solve problems that go beyond textbook memorization.

Many Cambodian students have strong potential in STEM subjects but lack accessible platforms to test and showcase their reasoning abilities at a national level. E-Solver Cambodia was created to fill that gap — providing a fair, online competition that any student in Cambodia can access, regardless of location.

With four competition sections covering Mathematical Reasoning, Science Reasoning, Technology and Computational Thinking, and Logic and Analytical Thinking, E-Solver challenges students to apply what they know to real problems — not just recall facts.

Cambodia's First Chemistry Competition

E-Solver Cambodia introduced Chemistry as a competition subject in Cambodia for the first time, giving students a platform in a discipline that had been underrepresented in national student competitions. This heritage continues in our integrated Science Reasoning section.

Academic Foundation

Students apply core STEM knowledge through Mathematics, Science, Technology, and Logic reasoning.

Digital Competition Experience

Students compete through the SOMA Portal — a modern online platform built for fair, accessible assessment.

Student Confidence

Participants gain confidence by challenging themselves beyond the classroom and measuring their abilities nationally.

Achievement and Pride

Medal ceremonies give students a moment to feel proud of their effort, discipline, and growth.

Organizer and Volunteer Support

A dedicated team of organizers, teachers, and volunteers ensures a smooth and supportive competition experience.

Cambodia's First Chemistry Competition

E-Solver Cambodia introduced Chemistry as a competition subject in Cambodia, giving students a platform that did not exist before.

What We Test

4 Sections In One Exam: Applied Thinking.

Every student answers all four sections. Results are graded and awarded separately per section and per category, so the best thinkers in each area are recognized.

Mathematical Reasoning

ការវែកញែកក្នុងគណិតវិទ្យា

Pattern recognition, logical deduction, number sense, and applied math problems. Not just computation — real mathematical thinking.

Science Reasoning

ការវែកញែកក្នុងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ

Applied questions integrating Physics and Chemistry concepts. Analyze scenarios, interpret data, and solve real scientific problems.

Technology & Computational Thinking

បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងការគិតបែបគណនា

How systems work, basic algorithms, flowchart reasoning, data interpretation, and digital problem-solving. No coding required.

Logic & Analytical Thinking

តក្កវិជ្ជា និងការគិតបែបវិភាគ

Sequences, spatial reasoning, analogies, and deductive puzzles. Accessible and exciting for all students, not just science specialists.

All questions are multiple-choice. No coding, no lab equipment, no special tools required — just your thinking.
